Welcome to Boa Novelties.  Thank you for taking your time to visit our web site and requesting information about us.  We are pleased to have hearing from you. Company Order Policy.

Minimum order: Our minimum order is $100.00

Quantity Pricing: Minimum quantities will be stated in price lists according to items.  Our quantity pricing differs with every item.

Liability:  Please be aware that our feathers are not colorfast. Liability of the seller is limited.

Shipping: All of our orders are regularly shipped through UPS ground unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Please allow a minimum of five business days for in stock orders.  Please note that all orders are subject to shipping and handling charges.

Rush Orders: All rush orders are subject to a $10.00 service fee.  Rush orders will be taken only as workload permits.  Please allow one to two days for processing.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are required in writing via mail, fax or email. 

All custom orders require full payment prior to being sent to production. Custom jobs are non returnable. No exceptions will be made.

Inspections Services: US Fish and Wildlife charges a $ 60.00 fee for inspection of all pheasant and ostrich feathers being exported from the United States.  United Stated Department of Administration charges a $ 31.00 fee for a health certificate.

Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in substitute for cash.  Credit terms will be available with the completion of our credit contract.  Please note first orders will always be credit card or cash.  Sorry our company does not accept C.O.D. 

Returns: We only accept returns with a proper return authorization number. You may obtain a R/A number by contacting our offices during regular business hours.  Please note that merchandise to be returned must be claimed three days from being received. Merchandise must be returned in good conditions and in it’s original packaging for a full refund.  Also note that there will be a 20 % restocking fee for all merchandise returned.
